Classes
Resident Classes
White Space offers classes on disciplines that can be referred to as "mind and body fitness" activities. These activities are characterized by a state of mindfulness: practitioners focus their thoughts, synchronize their breath, concentrate on their movement and attend to their alignment. The convergence of mindfulness and movement in these activities allows practitioners to enjoy more holistic, more relaxing, more accessible and certainly more sustainable ways of staying fit.
If you're new to mind and body fitness activities, you can consult with our Studio Directors Abbey and Eileen to determine which classes are most appropriate for you. Begin your consultation by clicking here.
